Closet inspo

You want to know what I want? Well I'll tell you; What I really want and dream about is my own apartment, big enough for me to be creative with a closet. I have so many clothes you can't imagine, and I have a hard time letting go of the clothes I don't use anymore. That's why I want a closet where I can see my clothes, not only because I love them and have spent a fortune on them, but to be able to "find" things better. Then I'd be sure I'd use more of what I have, and things wouldn't get lost in the back and get all dusty and lonely. Plus I love clothes so much I wan't to look at them, cos they are both colorful and beautiful, like art.

I have collected some pictures for some time, pictures that inspire me, and I hope to one day get a wardrobe closet/walk-in like these.

Look what came in the mail today!!! I have been waiting for 2 months now, gosh, about time!

And it fit's in my hand like a tailored glove. We are going to be best buddies:)

I got thaifood in my tummy! Or yesterday so to speak. I must say that it tasted rather good and I succeeded in almost everything! (not the rice though...hate cooking rice!) Here you are, pictures of a thai red curry dish. Mmmm!

What came home with me

So now when that part is done, I'm gonna show what I spent my money on, apart from crappy food, obviously. I have bought mostly jewelry, and when I think about it I don' feel like I bought that much. But here it is;

A lot of nail-polish:) 4-5kr each so I couldn't resist.

Gray tee, like 60kr. Not bad.

An owl ring, a silver ring with amber and a ring with black onyx stones.

A onyx necklace.

A leather "pouch". Perfect size for phone, money and passport. About 40 kr.

 

Back to school. I bought this fantastic back-bag in a really good leather quality for about 600kr. Score.

And a pair of denim colored Converse.

And a necklace that you can tie how you want. It's basically just 3 long chains. About 80kr.

Day 5, 6 and 7 in iSTANBUL

Day 5:

We went to visit the sourcing company Li&Fung, and had a lecture there. Very interesting.

At Li&Fung.

We took mandatory roommate pictures.

We hung out with Sara.

We went to a logistic's  company.

We had mixed feelings about it.

We went to a jeans factory where we saw everything that goes into making jeans. We take this stuff very seriously.

We took notes.

We saw their storage.

And we saw how they mass produced the jeans.

Fancy machinery. 

We saw them make the details on the jeans.

And we saw how they stone-washed the jeans. Cool.

Then my battery died on my camera. So I don't have any pics from the evening. Or the next day morning.

Day 6:

We went to see a factory that makes woven fabric. Especially in wool. After that we went to see a leather factory that produces very nice leather goods.  I just wanted to take the leather home with me!

 Python skin is the shit! I really want something in this luxurious leather...Imagine black pants in stretch python. Yes please.

On the way to see the Blue Mosque. Some of us have an unique talent of looking like morons in pictures.

The photographer knows best (krhm Laila)...so my head was not allowed in the picture. Maybe better that way, referring to the picture above.

Then we went to see the underground cisterns. Pretty cool, but too dark to take any good pic's. But we got our picture taken by a "pro" photographer at a tourist trap. I'll show it later...maybe;)

Day 7:

Last day power shopping with a semi hangover.

Last chance shopping! Uh I could feel the rest of the money burning in my pocket.

Thank god we are not turistey...?! Sara shows how it's done.

Back at the spice market.

Who buys those hats?! Oliver did.

Maybe his album isn't doing that well, or he is incredibly bored, but in any case it was no other than Enrique Inglesias doing our check-ins at the airport. I always thought he was spanish, not turkish... Oh well.

Okay that's it for my part. But I might get more pictures from the other students so be aware:)
